ABOUT TIM
Tim Nagamani is an ARLA qualified Asset Manager who has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry [Stirling Ackroyd, Portico - now part of the Leaders Romans Group, and LiFE Residential - now part of Dexters].
With almost 8 years industry experience, he has amassed a significant amount of experience focusing on the residential market with the aim to provide tenants and landlords the best service so both parties can live, love and laugh, happily in their own homes.

The focus on the lived experiences of his clients has enabled Tim Nagamani to learn of the significant benefits the homeowner and tenant can reap, which ultimately leads towards a more pleasant rental experience for everyone.

Since then, Tim has moved on towards ClientSide Asset Management, consulting a private, family owned, portfolio of real estate across the United Kingdom which has resulted in the realisation that so many more tenants and landlords can benefit from the experience, advice and guidance he can provide from his years of experience.
